Our team is excited to renovate and expand Thorn's Showcase Lounge, the previous restaurant housed in this downtown historic building. The team will use their combined 40+ years in restaurants to transform the space into the new Flamingo, while recognizing the buildings immense history. Recently recognized as a Seward historical location , how fitting to house Seward's first craft cocktail lounge.
A fresh paint job and new kitchen is only the beginning. Future renovations will create a private dining room in the basement of the building, to host full parties up to 40 guests, with an exclusive 'speak-easy' dining experience.

Join us outside during summer for local food trucks, with many scheduled music and outdoor beer garden events in 2025.
